With a wealth of knowledge, I can guide you on a range of topics. We can discuss anything from spatial planning (floor plan & initial layout ideas), window treatment design, furniture style, give colour palette advice, lighting design and sourcing advice.

This is all followed up with written notes which you can action in your own time, supporting you to make the right design decision the first time and curating your own unique space.

THE COLOUR CONSULTATION

  • Do you want to refresh your space and try something new, but don’t have the confidence to try it?

  • Do you keep buying tester pots and getting it wrong, feel overwhelmed and fed up wasting time?

  • Do you have a rental property that is looking tired, not showing well online and needs a proffessional looking refresh?

This home-based consultation starts with a discussion on how you use the space and the atmosphere you would like to create. We then look at your light, architecture, key pieces of furniture and art and talk through your ideas and the colour palettes that you are drawn too.

We then work together to create a new colour palette drawn across a range of high-quality brands to achieve the  perfect design for your home.

You will leave the consultation with a bespoke paint schedule detailing which paint and finish to use where, enabling you to proceed with your project at leisure.

SPATIAL PLANNING

If so, this is the service for you. Through a detailed discussion with you online I will gain a deep understanding of your needs and lifestyle, to design and rework the space so that it works harmoniously with you.

With your new layout in hand, you can then proceed with re-configuring the space yourselves or take the plan to an architect or builder should building works be required. You will be able to move on with your life and enjoy living in your dream space in the beautiful Cotswolds.

OUR TIME TOGETHER: A 75min meeting in person to discuss your thoughs and take note of existing fittings and furnishings or art to be accmodated. We will also take measurements together, so that you can be sure what I propose will work!

AFTER: A 30min presentation back to you via zoom presenting:

This end to end ‘concept to completion design, project co-ordination and installation service scales from just a single space to larger scale projects. It offers you the support and expertise of a professional interior designer giving you peace of mind, convenience and your time back.

Following on from our initial meeting we will work together to determine your unique requirements and price accordingly. You can be confident that the work will be in professional hands, and you can relax and look forward to enjoying the end result.

STEP 2: TECHNICAL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

  • Detailed design of each room with colours, fabrics, and specific pieces of furniture. Floor plans, elevations, and hand drawn sketches of the space where appropriate.

  • Technical design: Where required these are suitable for contractors to use to build from and can include plumbing layout, joinery, and lighting design.

STEP 3: SOURCING, PROCUREMENT & STYLING

I will work with you and your hired trades to ensure that the design vision is maintained throughout the project, keeping you updated weekly on budget and progress.

  • Identify the specific pieces to purchase, make purchases on your behalf

  • Commission any soft furnishing or joinery as required

  • Oversee installation and styling.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

STEP 1: CONCEPT DESIGN

  • Inspirational mood and style boards presenting the direction – “look & feel” for your space

  • To scale 2D complete floor plan.

  • Suggested colour palette / paint selections / wall coverings for your space

  • An estimate of suggested products and costs – including an outline of our predicted time line.

We present scheme to you going through the room layouts and design boards, discuss the plans, timeline and project management.

We can talk through any amendments or alternations you may wish to make and work through these ideas together until you’re 100% happy and ready to move forward with the next phase.
